(Click underlined title to see more) Cercocarpus minutiflora, grows up to about 15 feet with adequate water.  Top photo in San Clemente Canyon, aka Marian Bear Park.  Remaining three photos with the silvery sheen of the developed flower styles, after flowering, in north Del Mar canyon.  Flowers in Spring-Summer, though styles can carry on through to Autumn, maintaining their substantial wispy silvery presence throughout that time.
