Salvia clevelandii, lavender colored flowers, west Otay Mtn., with a mixture of Hesperoyucca whipplei, Adenostoma fasciculatum, and barely visible red Delphinium cardinale slightly left of center behind the Salvia.  Btw, Trichostema lanatum, aka Wooly Blue Curls, was also nearby in low numbers.
