Elymus condensatus 'Canyon Prince' in bloom, aka California Wild Rye, a cultivar found originally on Prince Island, an islet off of Tukan, aka 'San Miguel Island'. Bluish light grey foliage color. A large clumping grass, get's around four foot plus all around. Seed spikes summer to fall. The rough-pink flowers around the Canyon Prince is Eriogonum grande rubescens. Both the Canyon Prince form of the species and the Eriogonum g. r. are native to Prince Island. The yellow flowers are Camissonia bistorta, bigger flower and leaf form, which is native to the coastal-foothill mainland; C. bistorta is an annual/biannual.
